You kept me informed as to my shipment and even worked with me to adjust my shipping date, at the last minute, to miss my vacation. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a Contemporary Entertainment Console in Natural Cherry from Furnitech. Buying through the Internet can be an “iffy” experience. You never know if the merchandise will be of good quality, or if it will even resemble the website picture. With furniture, this could be especially risky and I have had unsatisfactory experiences in the past, so I was particularly wary when considering this purchase. I want to thank Eric Shupack of Furnitech for making my shopping experience fantastic. He spent as much time with me on the phone as I needed, discussing the merchandise as if we were on a showroom floor together. He explained the craftsmanship that went into the construction, and I was very pleased that it was manufactured in Brazil at a family-run business that Eric had personally visited, rather than in China, as too many things are these days. I have some natural cherry furniture in my home and I like the way it looks so I chose that finish for the console, but I was unsure if the swatch on the website truly matched the color of the finish that I desired. Eric even offered that, if I emailed him a picture of my existing finish, he would review it to make sure it was a good match with the natural cherry veneer I selected, so that I could be more comfortable knowing what I was getting. He was correct- it looks great. There were a few minor adjustments that needed to be made after shipping, but it was easy and fast to do. The worst part was my impatience waiting for my furniture to arrive, but it was worth the wait! I would not hesitate to buy from Furnitech again- the price was good and the service exceptional!

My husband and I want to thank you for replacing the damaged and discolored coffee table. The replacement was delivered much sooner than we expected, on Monday the 21st. Excellent Furniture with a hands on touch

First and foremost the furniture (model FT72CCW) I received was extremely nice and high quality.I was impressed that no shortcuts were taken in manufacturing this furniture which was a nice change of pace when comparing to some other box stores. This was also my biggest hesitation when buying furniture online, but fear not this is a HIGH Quality product. The bigger surprise came when I received a call from the owner of furnitech the following day after ordering the product thanking me for the sale and ensuring me that if anything were wrong with the furniture upon receipt that he would personally take care of seeing it fixed. Needless to say I was shocked to receive this type of care from an online retailer. I would recommend furnitech to anyone in the market looking for a reasonably priced, high quality TV stand designed for AV equipment.
