The price of your product includes Free Inside Delivery.
The product will be brought through either your front door or garage. One flight of stairs (8 steps) is included for this service. If there are additional steps involved or you have any other special needs, please contact us for additional charges that would apply.
The box and packing material will be removed from your premises and placed at the curb for an additional $25.00.
Your product was carefully inspected and packed prior to being shipped. When the unit arrives, please inspect carefully the outer carton for damage. If damage is apparent, please open the carton to check further for any product damage. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately at 877-798-8726.
Images and a written description of the damage should then be sent to Furnitech via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In any case you have 48 hours to report to us any issues you might be experiencing with your product.
If a problem is encountered, Furnitech will either replace the part in question or exchange the entire cabinet.
The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment (usually 24-48 hours prior to delivery). Deliveries are typically made between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled within a 4 hour window.
In most cases, your cabinet is shipped fully assembled with only minor work on your part (door & drawer hardware will need to be mounted). For several models, legs will need to be attached.
