Dear Eric,
We received the TV Stand in excellent shape. We examined
the furniture, the finish and everything in between.
There were a few flaws to report but by an large the
shipper and those that handled the shipment from the
airport to our home did a super job.
The service on the front end, including the phone calls
and the scheduling of our furniture was more than I
expected.

extremely pleased with my purchase of a Contemporary
Entertainment Console in Natural Cherry from Furnitech.
Buying through the Internet can be an “iffy” experience.
You never know if the merchandise will be of good
quality, or if it will even resemble the website
picture. With furniture, this could be especially risky
and I have had unsatisfactory experiences in the past,
so I was particularly wary when considering this
purchase. I want to thank Eric Shupak of Furnitech for
making my shopping experience fantastic. He spent as
much time with me on the phone as I needed, discussing
the merchandise as if we were on a showroom floor
together. He explained the craftsmanship that went into
the construction, and I was very pleased that it was
manufactured in Brazil at a family-run business that
Eric had personally visited, rather than in China, as
too many things are these days. I have some natural
cherry furniture in my home and I like the way it looks
so I chose that finish for the console, but I was unsure
if the swatch on the website truly matched the color of
the finish that I desired. Eric even offered that, if I
emailed him a picture of my existing finish, he would
review it to make sure it was a good match with the
natural cherry veneer I selected, so that I could be
more comfortable knowing what I was getting. He was
correct- it looks great. There were a few minor
adjustments that needed to be made after shipping, but
it was easy and fast to do. The worst part was my
impatience waiting for my furniture to arrive, but it
was worth the wait! I would not hesitate to buy from
Furnitech again- the price was good and the service
exceptional!

My husband and I want to thank you for replacing the
damaged and discolored coffee table. The replacement was
delivered much sooner than we expected, on Monday the
21st. The truck driven, Gary, stayed and helped us
unpack the coffee table. I must say it was packed
extremely well and is in "perfect condition." I love the
style of this Contemporary Furnitech Furniture. The
coffee table and end tables look beautiful in our living
room.

I recently bought your
FT72CC television stand for a 67" DLP Samsung TV I
purchased. I ultimately settled on your product because
it was the only one I could find that could accommodate
the large center channel speaker I have. I'm actually
glad that that was the case because I'm very pleased
with the product. It's a very nice piece of furniture
and complements the rest of our furniture nicely. I'm
attaching a couple of photos that show the equipment in
use. Combining a search for TV Stands and Klipsch RC-7
center channel speakers ultimately led me to your site,
so, I will include an inventory of my electronics, so

Hello. The TV corner unit came last Friday, just as you
said. We got it set up in time for a post Thanksgiving
dinner party that we were hosting on Saturday! It is
beautiful and goes perfectly in our home! Exactly what
we were looking for. Thank you! We will recommend you

in the market.
Here are a couple of pictures as promised of the wenge
wood dining table and chairs. It's hard to take a
picture of it but hopefully you will get the just of the
look. The wood leaf in the table drops down and the
glass comes over the top of it when not in use - very
cool design!
